TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment is in advance and the final product is for personal use only. (If you wish to use the product for commercial purposes, you will have to pay an additional 70% of the original cost of the product).Full returns will only be accepted once the client has seen the first sketch and decides not to proceed with the project. Once the final product is delivered, no returns will be accepted.Artist's Rights
-I have the rights to each piece produced, (unless the client pays for commercial use).
-I can add the product to my social networks as an example of my commissions, but not resell it in any possible way.
-I have the right to refuse the commission.
Customer's Rights
-The customer has the right to use the product in a personal way, so no profit can be made from the product without having paid for the commercial rights: resell it, use it in merchandise, etc.
-If the artist resells or commercially uses the final product, the customer has the right to request a full refund.
-If the client uses the piece commercially without proper rights, the artist will blacklist the client.
-The customer is entitled to two corrections on the first sketch, one in case of lineart and coloring.THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT AS A NFT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
Once the order is confirmed, these clauses will definitely apply to both parties.If you are a frequent customer you are entitled to a discount (does not apply when there are special offers).
